In 2013 Köppel AG which is owned by a Swiss family established Köppel Manufacturing Kft. with a seat in Kecskemét. We have based our activity on manufacturing drill bit base bodies, and our company has gained experience in that field for almost 30 years.

On the premises in Kecskemét we manufacture our products by using the following technologies: sawing, deburring, flattening, turning, milling, plasma welding and spot welding.

Our company is functioning with a staff including 19 employees in a floor area of 2,500m2. In addition to or main profile we undertake to perform lease works in the field of cutting and turning.

Our processes are managed in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. To carry out in –process measurements we have a 3D measuring machine, a formtester and a surface roughness tester. 100 percent of the products dispatched are inspected! (Quality is first and foremost)

Our colleagues are expected to work independently, to perform self-checks and to work out development proposals from time to time.

We produce our programs and models with TopSolid design software.
